Phrasal verb: yell out

To yell out is to suddenly shout something in a loud voice.

 

Examples of use:

1. We yelled out to him but he was too far away to hear us.

2. The Take That fans were yelling out Robbie Williams' name.

3. The protesters yelled out their message during the peace rally.
