To be cheesed off is to be annoyed or bored; fed up.
Mainly British English. Informal.
The origin of this expression is unclear.
Examples of use:
1. My dog's cheesed off with me because I won't take him for a walk in the rain!
2 I'm really cheesed off with Joseph. He promised to phone me yesterday, but he forgot.
3. We waited two hours for our train. It's not surprising we're cheesed off with the train company.
4. He's cheesed off with his client for cancelling her appointment again.
