Phrasal verb: fall about

To fall about or fall about laughing is to laugh a lot because something is very funny.

Informal British English.

Examples of use:

1. We fell about laughing at the comedian's jokes.

2.  She fell about when she saw his new pink trousers.

3. Michael was very funny at the party. His impersonations and silly voices had us all falling about laughing.
