Phrasal Verb: fall apart

If something falls apart it separates into pieces because it is old or in bad condition.

Example of use:
This chair is starting to fall apart so don’t sit on it.

infinitive – fall apart

present simple – fall apart and falls apart

-ing form – falling apart

past simple - fell apart

past participle - fallen apart
