Phrasal Verb: chill out

Hammock

To chill out is to relax completely, or not let things anger or upset you.

It’s an informal way to say this.

Examples of use:
‘I can’t wait for my holiday. I’m going to chill out and do nothing for two weeks.’

Chill out! Life’s too short to let your job make you so angry!’
